ATM and Point of Sale transactions conducted by 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, will be updated and reflect in your balances the next business day. Transactions conducted after 3:00 pm will be updated and reflected in your balances on the second business day. Transactions conducted after 3:00 pm from Friday through Sunday will appear in your balance activity on the following Tuesday. Debit card transactions can take 2 to 7 days to process. To report a lost or stolen ATM/Debit card, please call 1.800.554.8969 immediately after discovering that the card is missing. You may then contact the bank during normal business hours to request a new card.
