Personal Mobile Banking App.

The Mobile Banking App allows you to securely Access your bank accounts from your mobile device. Check your account balances, transfer funds, and find your nearest branch of ATM and much more. It is technology and convenience, providing options and flexibility.

Here is what you will need:A qualified Online Personal Banking account at The Bank of Princeton plus one of the following:

  • a smartphone* (iOS or Android operating system)
  • a web-enabled device* (mobile browser) or
  • a standard mobile device with texting capabilities *

The current deposit limit is $2,500 per deposited check and $2,500 per business day.

The Bank reserves the right to establish and assign to you deposit limits for Mobile Deposit (including limits on the dollar amount and/or number of Checks that you may transmit through Mobile Deposit each day) and to modify such limits from time to time in the Bank’s sole discretion, and you agree to comply with all such limits. 


Mobile Banking App Security Information:

  • Smartphone, such as iPhones, Androids and Blackberry have very controlled and secure operating system(s). Please make sure that your phones updates are current for the most secure software to be active.
  • Mobile Banking uses 128bit SSL encryption just like Online Banking - which basically encrypts and protects any transmission of data including customer account information.
  • Mobile Banking used strong firewalls just like our Online Banking - which protects from unauthorized or malicious intrusions.
  • An additional security is provided by the Q&A authentication for initial access to your account
  • Just like Online Banking, Mobile Banking uses your Username and Password to access. **Your account will lock down after three incorrect attempts from your mobile device.
Nobody wants their phone to get lost or stolen. Rest assured that personal information from your Mobile Banking account is never stored on the phone, nor is your password. Your login session automatically times out after a specific period of inactivity. You should know that your mobile banking access is secured.

In the event that your phone is lost or stolen, please notify The Bank of Princeton as soon as you can. As an extra precaution, sign into your online banking account from a computer and change your password. You can also select "stop using this device for mobile banking" under the "manage device" button under the "options" tab.
You certainly can continue to use your computer. The Mobile App provided added convenience and flexibility to your banking options. It's secure! Personal Banking eStatements

...the easiest way to Bank Wisely.

An eStatement is your personal account statement that is delivered to you electronically,and it's free.
Yes. We even include the reconciliation page. Images of your cancelled checks are also included, if you currently receive those items.
On the first business day of the new month, we will send you an email notifying you that your statement is ready to view. Simply follow the link, log into you account, and choose which of your accounts you would like to view, and select your statement . It's that easy! You can then save it as a .pdf on your own computer.
Adobe Portable Document Format (.pdf) is a standard file format for distributing electronic documents. Adobe .pdf files can be viewed, saved and printed using Acrobat Reader Software, which is available for free at www.adobe.com
Once you have opened the document, you can save it by using the small disk icon on the toolbar of your Adobe Acrobat Reader software.
Make sure your printer is connected to your computer. Then, using the Adobe Acrobat Reader toolbar, select the Printer icon. You can choose to print the entire statement or just select pages.
Simply notify us in writing or stop by one of our branches in person, and we will make the change.

  • You can share your statements with your accountant much easier by just forwarding the .pdf to them, if you save it first on your computer.

Personal Online Banking and DirectConnect

It's Easy! The Personal Banking Online can be applied for from our website. Click on the "Enroll Now" button from our eService page. When you get to the enrollment page, enter your account number as your "Access ID" and the last four numbers of your Social Security number as the password. You will then be prompted to change the Access ID and Password to something permanent on the next page

Business Online Banking (DirectConnect) can be applied for at any of our branch locations. Simply contact you customer service representative for details.
For Personal Online Banking, the only system requirements needed are access to the internet and an updated browser such as Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer. Please make sure that your browser software is updated and current for the most secure software to be active.

For Business Online, system requirements are as follows: Operating systems: Mac OS 10.7 or greater; Windows 7 or greater. Browsers: Latest versions of Chrome, Mozilla's FireFox, Apple Safari 6+ (Mac OS systems only) and Internet Explorer 9 (IE9) or greater.

Yes, Online Banking is very Secure. (Look for the green "lock" icon on the web browser tool bar at the top of the screen, and to the left) In fact, you are required to use browser with the highest form of encryption (128bit SSL) available for today's popular browsers. This means that information passing from your computer to The Bank's online banking site is encrypted, making it virtually impossible for anyone to access your account information. However, we do ask that you take the following steps to maintain security of your accounts and personal information:

  • Memorize your Access ID and Password. You should never write it down where it can be found by another person. Do not share or reveal this information to anyone.
  • Change your password often, It is a good idea to change your password on a regular basis, like once a month. You can do this by clicking on the "Change Password" button after logging in. Always include a combination of letters ( upper and lower case), numbers and symbols in your password.
  • Log out after each session. Always click the "sign off" button when finished with your Online Banking and/or your computer. If you share a computer with others individuals, you may want to completely close the internet connection after using your Online Banking.
You can transfer funds 24/7. However, the transfer cutoff time for current day's business is 6:00 pm, EST, Monday through Friday. Any online transfers after 6:00 PM are on the next business day, so activity after 6:00 PM on Friday would be reflected in Monday's activity.
Transfers scheduled for a weekend or holiday will occur on the first business day after the weekend or holiday.
By Clicking on the "Current Statement" button, Personal Banking Online allows you to view all transactions posted since your last statement. Clicking on the "Previous Statement" button allows you to view all transactions that were on your previous statement.
ATM and Point of Sale transactions that are conducted prior to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, will be updated and reflected in your balances on the following business day. Transactions conducted after 3:00 PM will be updated and reflected in your balances on the second business day. Transaction conducted after 3:00 PM from Friday through Sunday will appear in your balance activity on the following Tuesday. Debit Card transactions can take from 2 to 7 days, depending on how quickly the merchant submits the payments.

CheckFree BillPay for Online Personal Banking

After logging into Personal Online Banking, click on "Primary Checking Account". The Menu will have an option on the drop down list for "Bill Payments" Just click on Bill Payments and you will be brought directly into the CheckFree BillPay site. BillPay for Online Business Banking

Information on our Business Bill Payment System

You have two convenient ways to access BillPay. After logging into Business Online Banking, chose "Bill Payments" from the Quick Launch menu, or click on "Management Tools". Management Tools will have the option available in the drop down menu list of "Bill Payments" Just click on BillPay and you will be brought directly to the BillPay site.
We can help you set up a Transfer in Business Online Banking from your account with The Bank of Princeton to your account at another bank. Contact your local branch and they will be happy to assist you in setting this up for you.

Lost or Stolen ATM/Debit Cards

To report a lost or stolen ATM/Debit Card, please call 1-800-554-8969 immediately after discovering that the card is missing. You may also contact the branch during normal business hours to request a new card.
