Acquisition of Noah Bank


Noah Bank is becoming The Bank of Princeton

On October 19, 2022, The Bank of Princeton entered into an agreement to acquire Noah Bank with branches located in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

The acquisition of Noah Bank received regulatory approval on April 18, 2023. As of Monday, May 22, 2023, Noah Bank will begin operating as The Bank of Princeton.  

In the coming weeks, Noah Bank customers will receive additional information detailing the conversion process from Noah Bank to The Bank of Princeton as it relates to their specific account relationship.  The information will be delivered to the address we have on record.*

*To ensure you receive your new account information, please make sure your address is up to date with your local Noah Branch.

Noah Bank will be closing at 1:00pm on Friday, May 19, 2023 and will re-open as The Bank of Princeton at 12:00pm on Monday, May 22, 2023.

You will receive an account specific letter by mail for each of your accounts, along with agreements and disclosures concerning policies and fees associated with your account fifteen (15) to thirty (30) days prior to the effective date.  

**Your account number may be changing. If you have direct debits made to your checking account for bill payments, please provide your new account number and the ABA/Routing number to the merchants promptly to avoid missing any payments scheduled after Monday, May 22, 2023.

The ABA/Routing number for The Bank of Princeton is 031207940.

You will receive a set of complimentary checks with your new account number by mail.  Please begin to use these checks on Monday, May 22, 2023.  The Bank of Princeton will only honor checks drawn from your Noah Bank account(s) for ninety (90) days after the effective date.

The Overdraft Protection Program is a discretionary service provided by The Bank of Princeton and should not be considered a right or obligation guaranteed to you. The Overdraft Protection Program is a service added to your checking account to cover unintentional overdrafts to a set limit, subject to eligibility criteria. The Bank of Princeton reserves the right not to pay overdraft items. Complete information on the Overdraft Protection Program and its disclosures will be sent in a separate mailing.

A new Debit Card issued by The Bank of Princeton will be mailed to you in an unmarked plain white envelope seven (7) to ten (10) days prior to the effective date of Monday, May 22, 2023.*  



The Bank of Princeton is part of the Allpoint Network, which gives you access to 55,000 free ATM’s nationally.
 
 
 
*If you have any automatic payments scheduled on your debit card, please provide your new card number promptly to the merchants to avoid missing a payment scheduled after Monday, May 22, 2023.
You can enroll for online banking through The Bank of Princeton beginning 9:00am Monday, May 22, 2023. Simply go to www.thebankofprinceton.com and login using your same Noah Bank online banking credentials. Upon a successful login, you will be prompted to update your Security Challenge Questions.
 
If you do not have Online Banking, and would like to enroll, you may do so beginning 9:00am Monday, May 22, 2023

Once enrolled in Online Banking, you will have access to our Mobile Banking App. The Mobile Banking App allows access to your personal banking account(s) to check balances, view transaction history, transfer funds, make deposits and much more.

Your Safe Deposit Box and key will remain the same. The Safe Deposit Box Fee Schedule will be mailed to you. If there is a change in your fee, it will be in effect at the time of your renewal.
