Noah Bank is becoming The Bank of Princeton
On October 19, 2022, The Bank of Princeton entered into an agreement to acquire Noah Bank with branches located in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
The acquisition of Noah Bank received regulatory approval on April 18, 2023. As of Monday, May 22, 2023, Noah Bank will begin operating as The Bank of Princeton.
In the coming weeks, Noah Bank customers will receive additional information detailing the conversion process from Noah Bank to The Bank of Princeton as it relates to their specific account relationship. The information will be delivered to the address we have on record.*
